HDL or LDL ???




Hi GUYS ... (as I said earlier, my first entry :D)

Wow, when we see this big gigantic burger (so sedaplicious nyummy), as a normal human being, we are intend to buy and enjoy eating it as if there is no tomorrow. But guys, do you know that burger (processed food) may lead us to HIGH CHOLESTROL withuout realised it... and this is the main reason why and why nowadays we always received SHOCKING NEWS on YOUNG ACTIVE and so called "HEALTHY" man/lady DIED due to HEART ATTACK!!! 

So PLEASE ladies and gentlemen, young or old, again PLEASE beware of your CHOLESTROL level.  

NEVER EVER assume that you are active and thin, you are free from HIGH CHOLESTROL!!!

Please try to reduce intake of this type of foods for your future :)



   

Dear Guys, there are 2 types of cholesterol in circulating in our bodies, which are High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL). So which is which needed in our body???  Have you ever heard on HDL milk??? So why did they choose HDL instead of LDL? The reason is that HDL is the only cholesterol that we need in our body, and LDL should be eliminated or reduce in our body. So, we should maintain our HDL level high in our body :) That's all for today.

PS: For the next entry, I will try to list down what types of our daily foods are prone to reduce of LDL cholesterol. STAY TUNED!!!
